Manage Your Booking & Check-in

Already booked with Turkish Airlines? Manage your booking and check in through the same combined tool below.

Manage Booking & Check-in (Official)

Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes prior. Airport counters typically close 45 minutes before domestic departures and 60 minutes before international departures, though this varies by station.

Baggage Allowance

Many African routes, including those to Tanzania, use a piece system: Economy 1 piece up to 23kg, Business 1 piece up to 32kg. No single bag may exceed 32kg regardless of fare. Exact allowance depends on the route and fare class booked.

Excess baggage: weight-based excess runs roughly €8–32 per kg (often sold in 5kg blocks); extra pieces range from about $165–290 depending on region. Oversized bags add a flat $90 (international) or 1,000 TRY (domestic) fee.

Sports & special equipment: unlike general baggage, sports gear (skis, snowboards, golf clubs, surfboards) is billed separately under Turkish’s Sports Equipment Fee Schedule — typically a flat fee equivalent to about 209 TRY once it exceeds your allowance, though a first golf or ski set is often free.

Traveling as a group? Turkish Airlines’ group desk covers parties from around 9–10 passengers depending on route — we can arrange this alongside your booking.

Let us handle the whole trip, not just the flight
