For international visitors coming to Tanzania, most nationalities can get a visa on arrival or through the Tanzania eVisa portal — we're happy to confirm your specific requirements when you book with us.

We accept bank transfer, mobile money, and major cards for both flights and tour packages. Full payment details and any deposit requirements are confirmed with you in writing before you pay, and you'll receive an official invoice and receipt for every transaction.

Cancellation terms vary by airline, hotel, and tour supplier — we share the specific policy for your booking before you confirm, so there are no surprises later. Where a refund is available, we handle the request with the supplier on your behalf.

OTAs are fine for a simple one-way flight search, but they can't help when your flight gets rescheduled at 11pm, your visa documents don't match your itinerary, or you're coordinating a multi-city safari plus international connections. The dry season (roughly June to October) offers the best game viewing, including the Serengeti migration river crossings around July to September. The 'green season' (November to May) has lower prices and lush scenery but more rain — great if you're flexible and want to avoid the crowds.

For international flights and peak-season safaris (June to September, and the December holidays), we recommend booking 2-3 months ahead for the best fares and availability. For domestic travel and off-peak dates, a few weeks is usually fine — but earlier always gives you better pricing and more choice.
